The Haycube Mini is designed for Miniature Shetlands, Standard Shetlands, Miniature Horses and ponies up to 11hh.For horses and ponies over 11hh, we recommend the Haycube.

Your Haycube comes complete with wheels, drain plug, plug key and wall bracket, so you have everything you need to get started.If you select a Slow Feeder Grill when ordering, this will also be included.Spare and replacement components are available separately from our online shop.

The most suitable slow feeder grill for your horse will be dependent on various factors, so you may find it beneficial to call us to discuss your specific requirements. However, the most popular slow feeder grill for the Haycube is the Medium Size and for the Haycube Mini is the Large Size. Small grills are available for both options however some horses can find them quite challenging so it may be beneficial to start with either the medium or large size to allow your horse to adapt to using the Haycube without making it unnecessarily difficult.

Yes, however Haycubes manufactured pre - July 2023 onwards will not have a cut-out in the rear panel which allows the grill to easily slide in and out. However, these Haycubes can be adapted to add the cut-out, details for which can be obtained by contacting us either by telephone or using the contact form below.

The internal dimensions of the Haycube and Haycube Mini are different and so they are not interchangeable. Please make sure you select the correct grill for your model when ordering.

Yes. You don't need to soak forage to use a Haycube.It can be used to feed soaked or dry hay, haylage and forage replacements, making it useful throughout the year and for horses with different feeding requirements.
